Lauren is currently the head athletic trainer at Red Bank Catholic. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training with a minor in health from Kean University. Continuing her education, she earned her Masters of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Health Psychology. Lauren is a certified and licensed athletic trainer in the state of New Jersey as well as a member of the National Athletic Training Association. She spent three years as the head athletic trainer at the professional level for the National Women’s Hockey League’s Metropolitan Riveters with Fassst SPORT and has additional experiences with the Somerset Patriots, Rutgers University, and USA Gymnastics. Lauren has worked in a variety of athletic atmospheres in an assortment of levels, including the Somerset Vocational & Technical School in Bridgewater, NJ, and Princeton Day School in Princeton, NJ. In her free time, she loves hiking, nature, gaming, spending time with friends, and especially hanging with her dog, Thor.
