Why You Will Love CMC

I can't find the words to express the professional and compassionate care that I receive at Edison Comprehensive Medical Care. From the time I walked thru the door in mid-October to the present moment, it has been the same atmosphere of care an concern for my well-being. The entire medical staff has made me feel good an took the pain away. From the receptionist to the doctors, the experience has be awesome. I would recommend anyone seeking help and care for their physical needs to give them a call. I would just like to say thank you, thank you for caring.

I have been having lower back pain since I was 22 years old. Its always been a constant pain. Before I started treatment at Edison Comprehensive Medical Care, my pain level was a 5-6/10. After my first couple of treatments my pain level was down to a 1 and now its a zero. If I do experience any pain I just do an exercise or stretch and it goes away. I feel great. I can even karate kick again! I treated with a bunch of the providers here and the whole team was great. I also treated on DRX. It was EXCELLENT! I felt the difference by the second day! I think that the treatment on the DRX and the physical therapy together definitely made a difference . I treated at my last physical therapist for 2-3 years and got no results. This time, here at Edison it actually WORKED! I have referred many people here already and will continue to do so.

When I first came to Comprehensive Medical Care my pain level was at a 7/10! I had sharp pain in my knee that I got after running a 10 mile obstacle course. The pain was so bad that I was unable to walk or even perform normal activities. Before coming to Edison Comprehensive Medical Care I was suffering from low back pain on my left side. Every step I took put me in excruciating pain. Over the years I had back problems and had been treated for degenerative disc disease. I was ok for a number of years and then this past August I began to feel some discomfort. That discomfort rapidly turned into soreness. By October the pain really set in and was just debilitating. Everything hurt: sitting, standing, walking – all of it. I tried mineral ice and heating pads but nothing was working. I then saw an ad in the Home News Tribune for CCMC that said “Got Pain?” and I said “YES I DO!” the rest is history. My pain level is now down to a 0. It’s non-existent. I treated with Ally for physical therapy and she was just wonderful. I have absolutely no complaints. The front desk was great and you can really tell that everyone likes to work here. You never go to a doctor’s office and see people this nice and happy. I would highly recommend this facility and have no recommendations for improvement.

I honestly feel that my chiropractic visits paired together with my rehab program made all the difference. Prior to coming to Edison Comprehensive Medical Care I had been experiencing a constant achey pain in my lower back for about 2 months. My pain level was a 10/10. I saw Dr. Jeff for Chiro and he was great! I saw Dr. Cho for interventional pain management and he gave me an epidural injection. I went to an orthopedic and got some MRI's and X-Rays. I honestly felt that if my current chiropractor touched me one more time that I would just break. I was referred to Edison Comprehensive by a friend. Now, after treating with Dr. Dan, Dr. Jeff and Dr. Aldea, my pain level is down to a 5-6 depending on the level of exertion. was referred to Edison Comprehensive Medical Care by my friend who is currently treating at their Monroe facility. I treated for two conditions while here. I had some bad knee pain due to a torn medial meniscus. The pain would come and go but when it was present it was at a 9 out of 10. I treated with Dr. Dan for physical therapy and received a Synvisc injection from Dr. Aldea who was just so good. My knee pain is rarely ever present now, but when it is it's about a 0-2 out of 10. I also treated for my lower back. My lower back pain was so bad that it was incapacitating - I couldn't even walk! It was a deep throbbing pain. I went to the ER on a stretcher and used a walker to get to physical therapy. During my first treatment I felt improvement almost instantly. Dr. Dan is so smart. He explained everything to me so well. I would come in one day for treatment and tell him about the movements that I did at work. The next day, I would come in for treatment and he had already built a plan out for me that incorporated the movements I showed him to help me condition for them. I also treated with Dr. Jeff for chiro. He was wonderful. He knew right where to go. I am going to continue treatment with him to keep up flexibility. The office staff is wonderful as well! When I came in, I didn't even have to think. I handed them my insurance card and they handled everything for me. Tara is GREAT! They were all just so helpful. They took the time to sit down with me one on one and explain everything. Everyone at Comprehensive Medical Care is a godsend. I cant even say enough about them.

It turns out that I had sciatica for the past 20 years and didn't even realize (besides the pain). The pain was excruciating. I couldnt sleep and I tried everything including stacking pillows to try and offset the pain. Before starting treatment, my pain level was at a 10. My pain level is now a zero. I will continue to do my home exercise program to ensure that my sciatica stays under control. I treated with Dr. Dan for my Physical Therapy and believe he is the best! He really loves what he does and you can tell. He tried new things with me every week until we found something that worked and in just 2-3 weeks my pain had almost completely vanished! A lot of people are afraid to come and get treated because they think their insurance wont cover it, I know I was. What I really like about it here is that they work with you and your insurance. I am no longer nervous that the slightest movement will damage my back. The doctors and staff are extremely knowledgeable about the body. I felt that my treatment was individualized.
