Alyssa was raised in Hazlet, NJ where she found her love for sports and fitness. She was recruited by East Stroudsburg University (“ESU”) for Track and Field as a hurdler and that is where I obtained my degree in Athletic Training. While at ESU, Alyssa was nominated as a Student Ambassador, where she educated students in Puerto Rico about Sport-Related Concussions. This nomination was a huge deal for Alyssa because she was presenting to students in the towns where her grandparents were born and raised.

Alyssa has worked in many different settings as an Athletic Trainer and treated a wide range of athletes including: Division I & III, high school, and youth athletes.

In her free time, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her loved ones, weight lifting, and cooking. She especially loves finding new activities to try like skiing!
