There are more than 100 types of arthritis, but the two most common are Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis.

What Is It?
Cartilage prevents bones from painfully grating at joints when a person moves. That cartilage can break down over time due to a lifetime of use or an injury. Excessive weight can also cause cartilage to wear prematurely.
