Additionally, she is a training provider for the American Red Cross. Born and raised in central New Jersey, she enjoyed participating in competitive dance, all-star cheerleading, tennis, and more throughout her childhood.

From the start of her career, she was the Head Athletic Trainer at University High School in Newark, New Jersey. It was here that she had the opportunity to work with multiple State Championship teams, as well as athletes that moved on to play at the Division 1 and professional levels.

While working in Newark, she continued to be an active member of Kean University’s Be the Change, an activism group dedicated to serving the greater community. It was through this that she and the student athletes at University High School were able to assist with multiple community service projects in Newark and the surrounding areas. She truly believes that giving back to the community, and those less fortunate is an important part of creating balance in life.

Kelley has experience working in multiple capacities in order to provide outreach athletic trainers to youth sports organizations, camps, clinics, showcases, schools, and more . Over the past 8 years she has worked with athletes of all ages, from the flag football player, to collegiate sports stars, and enjoys all the variety the profession has to offer. Her passion lies in educating others about the need for these services, and making them accessible to athletes no matter the level, in order to prevent and treat injuries from the start so that they are able to excel in their sport as they grow. The protect, perform, recover model couldn’t be more in line with her beliefs about treating the whole athlete in order to ensure their success.

In June of 2017, Kelley married the England native, Mark Davy, and gained a stepdaughter, Maria, who they frequently visit in the UK. While the couple travels often, their Spotswood home is shared with their two golden retrievers, Harley and Lacey. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family, friends, and her dogs, as well as seeing the world together with her husband.
