Dr. Vernon was born in Jersey City, NJ and began his studies at Monmouth University before attending chiropractic school. Dr. Vernon attended Life University in Marietta, Georgia where he obtained his doctorate as a Chiropractic Physician. He worked as a Chiropractor while obtaining his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Rutgers University, formally known as UMDNJ. Dr. Vernon continued his education and is Board Certified in Pain Medicine, ARDMS- Registered in Musculoskeletal Sonography, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment and Medical Review Officer, Toxicology.

He has completed extensive training in the treatment of back and joint disorders using a non-surgical approach. Dr. Vernon is certified in the use of ultrasound guidance for precise treatment of various conditions, including injections, regenerative medicine and more. Dr. Vernon is currently a member of NJOPS, AOA, ACOFF, AAOM, AIUM and APAC.

When he is not busy treating patients or continuing to educate himself on best practices and ongoing orthopedic, pain management, and regenerative medicine updates, he enjoys spending time chasing around his beloved bull dogs.
