Foundations of movement play an integral part in improving sports performance.  Failure to develop proper mechanics before continuing to add weight to strengthening programs or increasing intensity during speed programs will lead not only to avoidable musculo-skeletal injuries, but will actually decrease an athlete’s power output and force production.

In our FASSST Perform Division, we provide our athletes with hands-on training sessions where the focus is on the details.  We emphasize body position during movement and lifts to better help our athletes advance in their sport and be able to sustain their new gains.  We offer both customized programming for private sessions as well as a select number of High Performance Programs.  Our programs are strategically capped at low enrollments and all athletes MUST test into our programming.
