Heather was born and raised in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, where she still currently resides. She received her Bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. Heather is an active member of the National Athletic Training Association (NATA) and the New Jersey Athletic Training Society (NJATS). Heather believes in creating a welcoming and collaborative treatment environment, which allows patients to be a part of their care.

Heather is currently studying to obtain her Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator certification (TSAC-F) in order to gain more insight in promoting wellness and improving performance for enforcement officers and emergency personnel.

Heather enjoys staying active as much as possible by running on the boardwalk or going to the gym. Her other favorite pastime is hiking and has a goal to hike all of the United States National Parks. She has already hiked 9 out of the 62 with Sequoia and Yosemite being her favorites so far!
